- Process and archive new datasets while restoring legacy data stored in vendor-specific formats (e.g., IBM 36-bit, VAX floats, BCD, EBCDIC) to ensure long-term preservation.
- Compile and analyze metrics related to data ingestion, archiving, and distribution of satellite and airborne data for project offices, science teams, NASA HQ, and OMB.
- Develop a web-based metrics tool for tracking Digital Object Identifier (DOI) usage using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Remote sensing of the Earth's Thermosphere, Ionosphere, and Mesosphere using optical instruments (Fabry-Perot interferometer, Fourier-Transform spectrometer, All-Sky camera) to study characteristics of dynamics and thermodynamics in the polar regions : Amundsen-Scott South-Pole station and King Sejong station Antarctica, Spitsbergen Norway, Kiruna Sweden, Resolute Canada, Thule and Sondre Stromfjord Greenland.
- Integrate, deploy, and automate scientific instruments for operations in high-latitude environments.
- Conduct spectral analysis of Earth's airglow emissions (O1D, O1S, OH Meinel bands) and perform CCD image processing of interferograms.
- Visualization of Space and Earth Science data
