Brief Bio


Dr. Miguel Román is the Deputy Director for Atmospheres in NASA Goddard Space Flight Center’s Earth Sciences Division, overseeing cutting-edge research on mesoscale systems, atmospheric chemistry, and radiative transfer. In this role, he spearheads technology-focused initiatives that leverage next-generation instruments, advanced retrieval techniques, and sophisticated data analysis methods to address societal and environmental challenges.
